Anyone can answer this. Question: do the military officers who order these national guard troops and unmarked ice agents to roam the streets interrogating people bear any responsibility for their actions once trump is removed from office? Especially if these orders are unconstitutional?

You probably should give that question to your negotiating team. That should all be part of a settlement. If Ukraine is neutral, and security agreements are acceptable, then offensive weapons shouldn't be needed there. The wild card is USA political class is a shit disturber, and could be problem
