RE: Strategy (MSTR). IS it a viable business? SaylorTracker displays mNAV (market Net Asset Value). IF mNAV of MSTR is <1 the stock is worth less than the BitCoin (BC) it holds. As mNAV drops there is risk of MSTR selling BC to pay it's Divs. A large selloff could trigger BC death spiral. Be wary.

Poor Aptera (SEV) is hyperdilluting their stock to get cash. They still haven't delivered an EV and just offered more stock. The EV is cool looking, but hasn't been able reach operational production. Looks like they will join Tucker with a dozen + collector prototypes, but no delivered EVs. Sad.
