The number of good air days are shrinking massively in Delhi. Only 1 in the last 2760 days was great. 176 days had acceptable air quality (largely because of monsoon). If this is not national emergency, I don't know what is?

For someone with ADHD, unfinished things — open tabs, half-read messages, open packets — all scream for closure. Chaos is default. Closure is rare. Brushing my teeth gave me that closure, two minutes at a time. It was physical, repetitive, soothing. It made me feel done.
The Art of Brushing Teeth on Steroids - EGONOMICS
I'm hungry. Always! Okay, if not always, then most of the times. It doesn't matter how long ago was my last meal. When I was younger, I learned it was a

When you live your entire life as a performance, storytelling is not something you learn. It is something that happens to you. Like a second skin. Like breathing.

And after enough years of doing that, the question comes—who are you when there is no audience?

The Making And Unmaking of Natural Storyteller
I have always been a storyteller. Not by choice. Not because I wanted to be. But because I had to be. A natural storyteller, they called me.When you live your entire life as a performance, storytellin...

This is shocking even for a pessimist like me.
It's hard to convey how barrier breaking this is. Weather + climate people have always collaborated internationally, simply because weather does not respect national borders. Even during the Cold War, US + Russia shared weather observations.

To be told this is to be told to "stop doing your job"

I do not know when it began.

The peeling.

Maybe it was always happening, so slow and quiet that I never noticed it at first. Maybe it was only when the layers started coming off faster, rawer, that I finally felt it. The sting. The ache.
The Onion I Didn't Want To Peel

I have a suitcase. No matter where I go, what I do, or how fast I run, it follows me like a shadow. It’s heavy. It’s unwieldy. It’s not optional. #booksky #readdiverse

The Suitcase
I have a suitcase. It’s always there, in plain sight, a shape-shifting burden packed with all the things I’ve ever feared, doubted, or avoided. Some days, it’s small and manageable, but other days, it...
