I hate that almost every platform is welcoming AI “art” with open arms. Eventually companies will just want to churn out AI slop instead of taking the risk with real people.

You don’t have to pay your computer. If an AI “artist” flops, you just delete them and move on.

What prompted this was a song that popped up on Spotify. I kinda vibed with it at first, but something started to feel off. Lo and behold, it was made with generative AI.

I hate that we’re getting to a point where we can’t instantly tell if something is AI.

It’s made me suspicious of any new artist or band I encounter. I love finding new art and music… provided it is made by humans and not a computer.

I’ll admit to having made that mistake myself. But it’s important to check ourselves and make sure we’re not just going off stereotypes.

Agree 100%.

Just like not all boomers are MAGA morons, plenty of Gen X, millennials, and Gen Z are. I’m a millennial and so many of my peers have fallen for the MAGA grift.

This isn’t a generational issue. Treating it like one is very divisive for no reason.
