Not an expert in LLMs by any means, and as someone who has created "AI" models for cancer screening purposes, I don't feel reflexively averse to the idea that AI-derived predictions can outperform expert human predictions in some contexts.

Not sure what's driving my tendency to type "probably cause" rather than "probable cause" in my Constitutional Criminal Procedure class notes, but I am sure that "probably cause" is a more apt term for the standard.

Besides law, is there any other professional degree that's taught primarily via select tidbits of lore?

Like, buddy, I'm just trying to learn about parol evidence. Going on a fetch quest in the form of a terribly written case from 100 years ago with no real bearing on the status quo is not useful.

Not sure who writes the captions for these things, but I am pretty sure that birthright citizenship is a constitutional right and not a "policy."

I feel like the fate of this particular executive order will be a bellwether for whether the constitution matters anymore.
