I’m excited to introduce BeeMCP, an #MCP server that connects your Bee lifelogging wearable with #AI chatbots like Claude, allowing you to query your own experiences, manage tasks, and retrieve context: rogerpincombe.com/beemcp

(Thanks @latent.space for interviewing the Bee founders)
Awesome, this is exactly what I've been waiting for! Thank you ❤️

So what’s the recommended way to import my follow list from Twitter or Facebook or wherever? I really don’t wanna have to do that all manually. #migration
From a UX point of view it seems like a big ask to have end users install programs or scripts on their computer that Claude desktop then talks to. Seems like pasting in a URL or having some sort of directory of URLs would be a better way to do this. What am I missing?
I’ve read through the spec and the main thing that’s confusing to me is this seems to largely assume that clients will run locally on your own computer? There’s mentions of SSE but I don’t see any implementations or any way to point Claude at a url like example.org/.wellknown/mcp for example.
Excited to launch AnswerMagic.ai, the easiest way to make a small business automated phone assistant. Originally born out of a hackathon win with @ding.bsky.social. Give it a try, it’s currently free and I would love feedback.

These days I’m not active on any social networks so I doubt I’ll be more successful on here, but I like some of what bluesky is trying to do so it’s worth a shot. I need someplace better than Twitter for when I do want to share the occasional project/hackathon update.
Seems worth giving it a try, and I’ll definitely look forward to your lists of technologists like what you’ve done on Twitter. It’s a great jumping off point for people trying to figure out who to follow on a new platform!

Weekend project launch: Domainotron.com, which uses AI to find the best available domain names for you. It’s free, accurate, fast, and surprisingly creative. And I built it in a weekend using an AI-enhanced IDE (more on that at at https://rogerpincombe.com/domainotron.com)

I guess bluesky doesn’t do hashtags yet 🤷‍♂️

Hello world! Let’s see if this lasts longer than Ello, Google+, or my experiment with Mastodon. Here’s to hoping 🥂
