There are too many aliens in star wars. There should only be like four species: humans, tall bear man, little green man, and squid man. Star Trek was good about this until recently and now also has Too Many Aliens. They should have humans, forehead man, ear man, and green man.

last thing, why is he expected to be more nice than other are to him? Why is the onus of organizing on him? I think there is a second order effect of lowered expectations or lack of agency on the majority-language-speakers to be nice and organize themselves and include the english speaker.

Is there a concern that if his story is true then it undermines teh narrative of structural racism or power dynamics? I don't think it does. I think it's just illustrative of the Human Condition. You don't need to excuse discrimination against him nor excuse white supremacy ideology.

why is his story met with skepticism? I loathe to bring up "anti white racism" but it's extremely Not Hard to imagine a group of angry people un/consciously picking a scapegoat who shares cosmetic characteristics of their oppressor?

had to unfollow someone who replied to the story of the irish guy in ice custody reporting anti-english-speaking discrimination with "were you nice to them?" and "you could have said organizing is difficult across language barriers" mf he is a prisoner in an illegal jail, get off his back

I guess my point is I don't like it when people compare human societies to wolf packs or lion prides, then draw conclusions that it's "natural" for men to be Alpha or whatever. We're not those animals! I'm going to become a Formicidae Traditionalist. One queen gives birth to all children
