Truly don’t care too much about a Gladiator 2 but we all need to support Ridley at the box office if we want any hope for a third David movie

One of my favorite things about Gladiator is that, even though it’s a historical epic, it is still so 90s/early 2000s. For example, a guy with this exact hairstyle shows up for 10 seconds before he gets a mace to the face

Funny how we think of the best art of all time. I bet most people think the best movie that will ever be made has already been made, as in we’ve already peaked culturally. It’s probably true, too
