I did an Earth Energy Connection session with Katrina @greenspiritcraft.com recently and it was amazing! She validated connections I already sensed, and helped me see how to grow and deepen the bond I was building with plant spirits.

Anybody using Sassafras? I just found two trees on my property. They are young. Didn't notice them before. The stunning color of the turning leaves gave them up.

My love for hydrangeas runs deep. They are steadfast, blooming through drought and deluge. This species begins green-tinged white, and slowly turns light pink, then dark as the season passes. They are never more stunning than in the most somber pink at season's end.

Let me be clear. As someone who has been professionally involved with the biodefense / biosecurity sector for nearly 20 years, and has worked on biological risk analysis for Covid-19 since early 2020, reducing one's risk of being infected is not health anxiety. It's just smart.
