Given he buried his ex wife on one of his golf courses the latter is definitely on the table
This is animated better than Season 1 of the Simpsons so for a while I refused to believe it was older
You can donate directly to the Treasury. Since the national debt is public I guess the public can pay it off. The illegal part is probably him deciding to give it directly to the troops.
Yeah I'm on the same page. I think there's something really elegant about plain Hybrid cards because they have the design constraint that they have to be more or less feasible at either monocolor mana cost, so the color pie restriction is built into it (notwithstanding Firespout-style cards)
It's more that Gabe Newell is the load bearing billionaire for the games industry
Funko Pop is the "going back to grad school" of the millennial economy
there will always be an optimal 99 for a given commander. cEDH is full of 3 and 4 color soups of largely the same cards and wincons that would still chug if you banned every commander but Nephilim and elder dragons. EDH is held together with creativity and self-restraint more than anything
This to me is the big argument for hybrid. i.e. it's more fun for some kid playing a mono-W token deck to find out he can play Rhys and go and slot it in, than for someone in the opposite situation to be told their deck is illegal because they misunderstood how hybrid works.
It's kind of a moot point though. WotC can and should experiment with the boundaries of the color pie, it's good for the evolution of the game independent of Commander and will continue to happen regardless of the format.
I mean Hasbro already has the Marvel toy rights, if they could be propped up by outside licenses that would have done it.
One of those words where you would never guess in a million years how it's spelled but when you see it you go OH THAT'S HOW YOU SPELL IT if that makes sense
Do you think if someone tells him plastic is much less biodegradable than flesh that he'll put it back in his system
Did he post anything about cleaning his drone camera lens. If so it's probably not him.
Even as a colorless card Beseech wouldn't be problematic as a shitty expensive tutor because colorless gets that already. But the "you can make mana of any color" patch probably adds more value than the hybrid change.
Planar Portal is the (much) older example from Invasion. Frankly if not for the other rules patch that lets non-black decks make black with things like Treasures or Urborg Beseech probably wouldn't be that offensive as a 6-mana sorcery.
When he finally keels over from natural causes there are gonna be some banger songs about it.
I wonder if you'll be able to have this guy in the 99 of a colorless eldrazi deck now.
foil ponder (singular) is already very expensive. Plural ponders is bank-busting
Answer differs depending on my mood but these are some of my favorites that I think haven't been shown yet by other replies.
I say it "ma-ca-bruh" but the last syllable really soft. Because I assumed it was a French loan word for one.

But also so no one can hear what I'm saying in case I wasn't supposed to add the "bruh" after all.
I think it's a sign of how fucked up this is that it aligns with like a dozen different Torment Nexus scenarios across genres and media formats
Kind of nuts when the base PS5 game has been on sale for $20-40 frequently since the DLC dropped specifically for that reason. And this is a key card release so it's not like they have to reconcile the digital with an expensive cart.
