I doubt anyone would've expected what they came across with that scene - destruction is pretty normal with Gojo and Geto (even if in school grounds it being abit weird) so to stumble across a huge pile of blood (with no body) then just finding more and more... sucks for everyone really

Gojo would've already 'revived' by that point seeing as noone actually seemed to have seen him 'dead' and my impression was he headed straight to retrieve Riko (assuming he could 'see' Suguru was alive but no traces of riko/kuroi, and was likely able to follow the worm curse)
