Frog and Toad ate many cookies, one after another.

“You know, Toad,” said Frog, with his mouth full, “I think we should stop eating. We will soon be sick.”

“You are right,” said Toad. “Let us eat one last cookie, and then we will stop.”

Elizabeth:
I never did her any, to my knowledge.

Richard:
Yet you have all the vantage of her wrong.
I was too hot to do somebody good
That is too cold in thinking of it now.

Just added an article I wrote back in 2022 after watching Netflix's new adaptation of Jane Austen's Persuasion. With Netflix's new 'progressive' Pride and Prejudice coming up, I am still asking the same questions (and of course Shakespeare gets a mention)

Then, since the heavens have shaped my body so,
Let hell make crook’d my mind to answer it.
I have no brother, I am like no brother;
And this word “love,” which graybeards call divine,
Be resident in men like one another
And not in me. I am myself alone.
