Sen. Mark Kelly and 5 Democrats reminded troops to reject illegal orders under the UCMJ. Trump called it “sedition,” demanded punishment, and the FBI is questioning all six. Congress must speak up—more members need to stand with Kelly and defend constitutional duty.

This Cyber Monday, let’s show billionaires there’s a cost to caving in. Skip Target, Amazon & Home Depot—and shop small, local, community-owned instead. Share why you’re not buying with #WeAintBuyingIt and tag the companies. If you can, donate your savings to local food justice.

We’re taking aim at Target, Home Depot, and Amazon for backing this administration’s attacks on DEI, ICE abuses, and corporate tax cuts. Until they stop collaborating with harmful policies, our dollars go elsewhere. Support Black, immigrant, POC-owned and pro-democracy businesses.

Our plans for Thanksgiving weekend are clear, we are not shopping at @Target, @HomeDepot or @Amazon 🚫. We are over corporations that back the admins policies, cave to anti-DEI pressure, let ICE terrorize our communities, and chase tax breaks while people go hungry. #WeAintBuyingIt!

Missouri AG Catherine Hanaway escalated GOP efforts to block a referendum by referring grassroots signature collectors to ICE—without evidence. It’s a dangerous attempt to intimidate voters and sabotage direct democracy. Missourians won’t back down. #PeopleNotPoliticians

The new order came hours after The Post reported the service would instead classify such symbols as “potentially divisive” under guidelines set for release next month.

The ACLU is suing ICE again—this time over horrific conditions at CA’s largest detention center. People are isolated, denied food, water, medical care, and even subjected to abuse. Everyone deserves dignity and safety. @aclu.org keeps fighting to hold ICE accountable.

The Trump regime’s charges against Rep. LaMonica McIver for doing routine ICE oversight are blatant political persecution. A judge is letting the case go to trial, so Indivisible is stepping up. If you can, chip in to support McIver’s legal defense.

AG Pam Bondi thanking Trump for ordering a DOJ probe into Epstein’s ties to Democrats is a stunning breach of DOJ independence. This comes just days after docs revealed Epstein claimed Trump “knew about the girls.” The politicization keeps getting worse.

None of the 8 Senate Dems who voted to reopen the gov’t face voters next year—and that’s no accident. The caucus picked who’d take the heat while others quietly backed the surrender. Voters deserve honesty, not stage-managed “resistance.” #Accountability #Senate

Schumer and 7 Senate Dems caved—reopening the gov’t with zero GOP concessions on health care. Millions are left vulnerable, and Dems lost leverage. If Schumer won’t fight for us, he should step aside. #LeadershipMatters #HealthcareForAll
Schumer: Step Down as Minority Leader!
It's time for Schumer to step down from his post as minority leader and allow for new leadership to emerge—someone who is willing to consistently fight for the American people.

"The regime’s threats are too real and the stakes are too high to settle for the feckless, loser version of the Democratic Party we saw this week. As we head into the midterms next year, we need a Democratic Party that inspires and instills pride." - @ezralevin.bsky.social

Voters across the country just delivered a sweeping rejection of MAGA extremism—and a historic win for Democrats fighting for affordability, fairness, and people over profits. Now it’s time for Senate Dems to hold the line and end the GOP’s shutdown. #Election2025 #PeopleFirst

The Trump regime is now telling states to unsend SNAP benefits.

They want to do everything they can to make life harder for people.

It’s said often, but always worth repeating: the cruelty is the point.
Trump administration says states must "immediately undo any steps" to send full SNAP benefits
The U.S. Department of Agriculture, in a late-night Saturday memo, also threatened to impose financial penalties on states that did not comply with the government's new orders.

Republicans just sued to block California’s Prop 50 — the measure voters just passed Tuesday. Their claim? That the state violated the 14th and 15th Amendments by drawing districts that “favor Hispanic voters.”

They’re suing because more people of color might finally have fair representation.
