Have a fun feature dropping tomorrow morning. Hint: It's about a familial connection between the Pistons and Lions

Ivey said his main emotion is “gratitude” and that he thinks his injuries taught him patience, which he says is good for him. Also talks his preseason knee surgery that delayed his debut.

Ivey: "It all panned out the way it should. I don’t think my injury, the way it went, I don’t think it changed anything. This team, the caliber of it, how our success is driven was planned out and I’m grateful to be part of it."

JB said he's sticking with a 12-man rotation for now. "We’re going to give guys opportunity, especially in the first half and see how the game progresses in the second half. It may not always be easy but guys are going to have an opportunity because they’ve earned it."
November 23, 2025 at 3:39 AM
JB on the approach with Ivey going forward: "We'll just make sure he's comfortable, that's the most important thing ... basketball shape is different and the only way you can do that is by playing." He was limited to 15 minutes tonight.
November 23, 2025 at 3:37 AM
JB on Ivey: "We’re just happy to have him back. That’s the most important thing. For him to have that joy and competition and competing with his teammates, that was the most important thing … and we can see how he can impact the game at a high level."

FINAL: Pistons 129, Bucks 116

The Pistons have snapped a 13-game losing streak to the Bucks and have won 12-straight to improve to 14-2 overall. One short of their franchise record, which is 13 wins. Cunningham led the way with 29 pts, 10 assts and 8 rebs. Ivey scored 10.
November 23, 2025 at 3:26 AM
Rollins cuts it to 14 with a 3. The Bucks have been hot from 3 in the second half. Robinson answers with a 3 on the other end. Less than four minutes left, Pistons up 121-104
November 23, 2025 at 3:17 AM
I don't think the Pistons have missed an open 3 all night
November 23, 2025 at 3:09 AM
End of 3: Pistons 104, Bucks 85. Led by 29 but took their foot off the gas a little. Bucks shot 12-21 overall and knocked down six 3-pointers in the 3rd.

Cunningham: 22 pts, 9 assts, 7 rebs
Duren: 16 pts
Robinson, Harris: 12 pts
Ivey: 8 pts, 1 asst
November 23, 2025 at 2:55 AM
Ivey's making things happen. Knocked an errant pass away for a steal and drove and kicked out to LeVert for a 3. Then knocked down a midrange jumper. He has 7 points and an assist

JB calls timeout after a 17-6 Bucks run cuts it to 18, 93-75. They've knocked down four 3-pointers in a row
November 23, 2025 at 2:43 AM
Pistons have outscored the Bucks 18-6 in the 3rd with 8 minutes left. Up 29.
November 23, 2025 at 2:36 AM
Pistons open the 2nd half with a 12-4 run and are up 25, 81-56. Bucks call an early timeout.
November 23, 2025 at 2:27 AM
Halftime: Pistons 69, Bucks 52. They closed the half with a 19-8 run to take their biggest lead with a Cade-Ivey-Ausar-Harris-Duren lineup. Potential starting 5 preview once Ivey's fully up to speed?

Cunningham: 15 pts, 7 assts
Duren: 8 pts
Jenkins: 7 pts, 3 assts
Stew/Green: 7 pts
November 23, 2025 at 2:09 AM
Really nice action to get Cade an open dunk off a cut. he follows with a 3 and has 14 points and 6 assists. Pistons up 11 with less than two minutes til halftime
November 23, 2025 at 2:03 AM
Paul Reed has checked in with Cade and Ausar. JB's gone 12 deep tonight. Guess that answers the "How will they handle a healthy rotation" question, at least until Ausar and Tobias are off their minute restrictions
November 23, 2025 at 1:54 AM
JB acknowledged before the game that Ausar's still dealing with a minutes restriction. I think Tobias is too based on the sub patterns so far.
November 23, 2025 at 1:51 AM
This bench unit + Robinson is leading a 14-2 Pistons run. They're up 44-33. Jenkins is running the show and has 7 points and 3 assists in the 2nd quarter. Bucks timeout at the 7:18 mark
