Waterford, Forest, and now Celtic. Every club i follow has ditched their gaffer during their respective season. Some more than once....... maybe I should start following Arsenal? 🤔

It might not look like much, but I find it a good way to unwind.
I love this country, all the same 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪
An todhchaí. Agus nach iontach é. 💪😊
Our 10th Uachtarán na hÉireann. From the 1st purpose built housing state in Galway to the highest office in the land. A socialist who stands in the same tradition of such giants as Frank Aiken, she will represent this country with courage & distinction for the next 7 years. 💪🫡
One of the biggest stories out of this Áras campaign. Here's to a more united left and a bullish opposition going forward.
It should also be noted that today's landslide result and the Áras campaign overall is a huge result for those of us who are steadfast in our support for Ireland's policy of neutrality. It was a key plank of Catherine's campaign, and it clearly resonated. Warhawks, beware.
On the flip side, this campaign has been a triumph, not just for the left overall but also for Mary Lou. The gov. & their media pals laughed when SF rowed in behind Connolly, with the party calling it a game changer. But that's how it's played out & Mary Lou is now the head of a United opposition.
How in God's name can FF & FG stumble on after this weekend with such incompetent leaders at the helm? This Áras campaign has been a total cluster fuck for both parties thanks to the absolute hubris of their respective leaders.
In the home stretch now. Have you voted yet? Know someone who hasn't? There's still time to get down to your local polling station to ensure your voice is heard. Get out there and Vótáil Catherine Connolly No.1 ☝️
Patriotic duty done & dusted. Only took me a few seconds to fill out. The time it would take someone to get a takeaway coffee, they'd be in & out of their local station. Please, get out & cast your vote. It's more important than ever that the right person is in the Áras.

Easy to see why Connolly is head & shoulders above Humphreys to be our next Uachtaráin after tonight's debate. Calm, authentic, has an actual vision for her presidency, will champion this country abroad. Whereas Humphreys had to be badgered by O'Callaghan to apologise for shunning a grieving mother.
Whatever happens over the weekend, and i remain convinced Catherine Connolly will be elected our 10th Uachtaráin, the unity across the Left has been inspired. For the first time in a while, there is hope of a viable alternative to FF AND FG. Let this be the beginning of something special.
We have the power, we have the vision, and now we need to get out and vote this Friday.

There has never been a more important time to elect a President who will be independent of Government.
Lookit, all anyone needs to know when it comes to Fine Gael's desperate, Yank style attack is this; it was the blueshirts whoever saw the greatest housing crisis in the State's history & it was the blueshirts who lifted the eviction ban. All happily voted through by Humphreys.
Hysterical reaction in today's papers over a Catherine Connolly presidency is just that. Connolly as president over Humphreys just means someone who'd be slightly more critical of legislation. Hardly the apocalypse. A lot of people out there making fools of themselves over nothing.
I hope the IRFU boys are listening up in Dublin.
