Keeping it short and sweet, the Switch 2 Edition is not worth the buy if you already have the game elsewhere, it is just giving you content they should have given AGES ago bc they DID for folks in Japan.

Very stark and different post from what I have posted and want to post going forward, but I just learned this myself and as someone who LOVED Disgaea 7, it upset me immensely. Every other version of the localized release is lacking content that is *over a year old*.

It'd be one thing if there was an upgrade path, but for Disgaea 7 they're leaving *every other platform* out in the cold for *no reason*, and there's no upgrade path for Trails despite being more expensive than Switch 1! If there was at least an upgrade path, folks would be less pissed!

Oh my laptop is really starting to show age atp… if there was ever an incentive to open up some means of cash (commissions, Patreon/Kofi, whatever) to get an actual PC, it would be this. Hoo boy…

I mean Kirby is specifically referred to as ‘they’ in Japan iirc so them having any gender implication is solely a localization thing :v far as I’m concerned, it’s not that much of a headcanon and more just… canon

I've changed so much about Arianna that I had to make a new ref to reflect the most notable ones, so here we are!
Now I'd say she integrates a bit better into the Mario world now :)

Originally from the kingdom of Easton in Sarasaland, an incident with a Warp Pipe resulted in her becoming a Mushroom Kingdom resident with minor amnesia in her early adolescence. Under the new care of Sir Brighton (from MP6), she grew to be a mage with the ability to heal others, alongside Beatrix (belongs to @/sygnasableye) who she considers her dear sister. A confident girl with many capabilities, her adventurous heart leads to her helping the kingdom's heroes as well as the Toad Brigade from time to time.

She has a Baby Luma companion born from the Silver Star Piece on her choker named Lulu. She loves them a lot, akin to a mother's for her child. However, they are a lot more powerful than they appear, being able to transform via many means, usually by Power-Ups or magical influence.

Aria herself has powers unique to herself, one of such being Vibe Power, which puts her into a state with temporary enhancements to her strength or agility when experiencing extreme levels of anger or joy, respectively.
Another power she has is a Hand technique taught to her by Brighton, the Lightbalm. Much like the other techniques, she can channel her power into light magic that can be used for purposes as simple as illumination or as complex as empowerment and rejuvenation. It is only limited by her ability to innovate on its use...

I get this, especially considering I myself didn’t quite manage to outdo myself as compared to last year in the way I wanted to. There is always next year, though! Don’t feel obligated to do something if the motivation isn’t apparent! (Ironic, coming from me, but still…)
