You could definitely drill guaranteed IB situations in Strive ie multi hitting moves, but someone can just slightly delay, catch you holding forward/neutral and explode you with almost no risk for the attacker

The huge delayed galtling windows in Strive (in Xrd/XX you can only delay during the active frames) along with needing to go to 5 or 3 to IB lows/mids (instead of doing 121 like in XX/Xrd) make IBing in Strive consistently far more difficult imo. The reward is good but risk too great
