Yeah Baker gets you that districts must be similar in population, Shaw gets you that districts can’t be based on race outside of passing strict scrutiny. That seems important for understanding redistricting

It’s not really about what’s most important in general as I see it. It’s about what’s most important for understanding the structure of the government. And rules for how members of Congress can get elected are part of that in a way that rules for what speech the government can punish are not

Presidential immunity is not a feature of the US constitution it is a feature of John Roberts’ twisted mind, and the 5th Amendment is affirmatively good. Executive orders also aren’t part of the Constitution they’re just a feature of having a president at all
