Also Moen was very adamant about “Uri’s my friend, not my brother!”

And Urianger felt much the same, though he was much more shy about it. He still held-and holds- a great respect and love for his birth parents despite not knowing them, and wants to continue their legacy. (End)

While Moenbryda’s parents never adopted Urianger, they soon thought of him as a son and brought him under their wing. They provided for him as any parent would while still giving him his independence. (Cont.)

But his mother tragically died a few days after his birth from various complications. And his father, who held his mother in a higher light than the sun itself, died soon after from a broken heart.

Anyways they were both much like Urianger in their own ways (his father a flowery romantic and his mother very serious but breaking at the silliest things)

They were both excited to have a child and already loved Urianger more than anything before he was even born (cont.)
