That’s definitely a struggle in red states like yours. I have been sharing raw data comparing promises and expectations with factual realities. Outside of stock market gains the economy is bad from housing > groceries > healthcare costs > job losses. The CPI is verifiable as are farm bankruptcies.

The GOP never wanted the ACA even though they were involved in the design, authorization and implementation. The MAGA 'plan' to replace the ACA was to collude with health insurers to ensure that profits were maximized via premium increases and coverage decreases. Follow the money, it's all there.
