I know this is something that I would try to avoid when I can, but with finances being stretched a bit too thin and trying my hardest to balance them, this immediate need to address an urgent emergency plan has put a strain on my finances as much as I hate to admit it.

Earthquakes have been tormenting our country lately ever since September 30, at least one Earthquake past magnitude 4.5 is triggered in random areas once a week, and I hate to admit it, but I need help. Every bit of help counts.
