Donald's been released from prison & is now in a halfway house.

He spoke of his actions: 'If we value the well-being of a nation that has taken hundreds of years to build, we will act accordingly. Or, we continue … trashing the Constitution and the hopes and dreams of ourselves and our ancestors.'

Tim Martin's new sentencing date is Oct 23 at 9:30am in DC District Courthouse, 333 Constitution Ave NW, Washington DC, room 4025
Note: Judge Jackson customarily prohibits bags at sentencing hearings.
His charges carry a potential sentence of up to 10 years in prison and a fine of $250,000. Come!

Some of us traveled to visit climate activist extraordinaire Donald Zepeda recently. He'll be there 2 more months before he may be moved, and he's only had 2 visits this year.

3 days ago, Tim Martin was found guilty on 2 charges stemming from his climate action in 2023 when he smeared kids' washable paint on the case of the 'Little Dancer' sculpture. He was to be sentenced on Aug. 22. Today, Tim was remanded to a DC jail, which some feel is one of the country's worst.
