There's a drawback to something you enjoy getting popularity. It becomes difficult to search for the original or pre-existing content because the new thing becomes a hit and drowns out the other stuff. The searching AI now just assumes new thing.

Kind of a drag.

I'll never forget my first day in Portland, OR off the plane and before checking my Air BnB. It was late, near-heavy winds, and raining hard to near small hail.
Fucking loved it.

My neurodivergent butt agrees only because people often say, "I like/love X" when they've only ingested one thing of said medium or "I am a green/feminist/natural" individual because I did one thing once.

Welp. I can scratch of Super Mario Bros. 2 (known as The Lost Level in the US via Super Mario All-Stars) off my list. Played this version since this is also how I originally played the trilogy (always ignored TLL).

Man this game isn't hard, but well crafted and developed. It's really just reflexes!

Did a head count. 110 games. I have completed 36.
11 remaining are fighting games
19 games are jRPGs (18 because I doubt I'll play Pokemon Stadium 2- ever).
Which means I have 34 action/adventure/platformer/misc/shooter/puzzle games left.

Honestly. If I can get 20 more games, I'll be happy.

This game (King of the Monsters 2) cheats so hard that if you decide to cheat back (turbo button pressing)*, you'll still lose! Ai can also instant recover as well and baits you for easy grab wins*.

I found two "strats", but you have to be frame-perfect or guess right.
Part 1 is fair compared to 2.

I wonder what my art would look like if I swapped all the time I spent doodling / drawing with learning complex combos, platform jumps, speed-strats, honing reflex, and surviving a whole arcade game with 1 quarter.

Finished Spider-Man: Miles Morales.

I think by the time I got the... third collectable thing I realized that this game is a tiny, DLC story with a collect-a-thon attached. Or maybe it's vice versa?

Game's just more of the first, but not by a lot.
Altered combat.
But more to do.

Anyway- I began to play this to get it off my part 2 list and make space for Monster Hunter Wilds, but I forgot how much fun it is to play this game.

I guess I'll delete something else like Borderlands 2.

Just finished Bushido Blade 2 as part of my year of part 2s.
Dunno if I like it more than the first. The first had more nuance since you had more buttons to press to control the character, but 2 simplified it a bit more.

Also in 1, you could run across all the stages which was pretty neat.
