Big fan of a magic skill tree having a bunch of passive effects that go beyond spellcasting. Yeah, I'm arcane down to the bone. Yeah, I'm just generally better and tougher than you. You can inhibit my spellcasting, but I'll just sit on you until you acquire several kinds of poison and charm effects.

Illusion magic has really grown on me since my initial evaluation of it as not physical enough. Maybe I can't turn the moon into my likeness, but I could make people think I had. Dragon scales are the go-to for magic resistance but they don't fit with your armourless mage build so you just get your cloak (and most of your body) soaked in dragon cum every morning.

There's no specific spell for summoning Ophi but if you cast Petrify enough times, he might turn up to fuck the statues. It's harder to focus on whatever reason you summoned him for when he's stained with clay from transmuting and resculpting them to look like you.

Batch brewing mana potions seems like a good idea until you find out what having a vat of concentrated magic can lead to (the answer is anything).
There's definitely something alive in there but whenever you try to do anything about it, you just drink more mana and cast Erase Memory on yourself.
