Today went from bad to worse. Kat was a long time viewer of my streams. She asked for art advice and our friendship started from there. Always kind, hilarious and a creative powerhouse.

Our good friend Kat ( @queenbeanmachine.bsky.social) passed away last night.
She had been battling health issues over the last couple months and was still managing to sometimes stream and even create new art. 1/2

I tried this baguette recipe this weekend. It's great! Five minutes of work plus an overnight rise & 25 minutes of baking time. You definitely need the dough scrapers. I used bread flour & put a pan of boiling water in the oven.
