BIG MEWS! The recordings for MHST1 story will be wrapping up on Oct 20, w/ endgame & extra content releasing through to Nov 16. From Nov 17 & onward, recordings of the MHST2 series will release daily & likely go into February of 2026.

I wonder what has changed about the den & nest mechanics for MHST3. I loved that MHST2 made dens with multiple nests. I’d like to have more invader encounters for really spicy dens, or timed dens where the longer you stay, the more dangerous it gets.

Today marks the 9th Anniversary of the original Japanese Release Date of MHStories1 back on the 3DS!
(Oct. 8th, 2016)

What started out as a cute little spinoff would quickly evolve into a side series just as good as the mainline MH games, now with its major third entry releasing early next year!

Almost soloed the assignment version with IG & no support hunters, but the Savage version is too spicy for that, lol. Took me a bit to find a weapon I was comfortable using against him. Ended up using GS.

Redan’s Mural is such a beautifully executed motif for MHST1. Its relevance & significance is expressed throughout the entire story, from start to finish, & parallels well with the protagonist’s journey. I’d love to have a tapestry of it someday…
