Don't glaze over the word "insurrection" from tfg. Why Portland so much? Proving ground?
I can point out some Haitian gang areas right here in Orlando. Cops are outgunned and out smarted there so much they avoid the areas at night. Let alone Tampa, Miami and Jacksonville hot spots.
