I love my boyfriend, he means the world to me and I'm ready to change anything he ask me
I wanna be with him.
Even when he goes to work, I don't mind.
It's so different to live completely alone than being alone for the day, but him being here during the morning and evening.

I need to find a way to see a psychiatrist via zoom call or something, or either find one that speaks either French or English in Germany while I'm there.
I really need help, I don't want to be controlled by fear all the time.
But one thing is for sure.

My mental health is being pretty unstable.
Solitude and being separated from my boyfriend is starting to worsen my mental health.
That and because of what happened to me back in August.
I will be staying for at least 3months.
I'm making hasty decisions cause I'm scared.

Update for those who care.
On the 30th of September I took a train back to Paris, staying at a friend's place for a bit then home.
I need to be home because I have two important appointments and thankfully one on the 6th and the other on the 7th.
On the 8th I take trains back to my boyfriend's place

Haven't done that in maybe 15 years and damn it felt nice ! Had a ton of fun and even got him 2 plushies from the crane game hehe >:3c also ate white chocolate with big strawberries inside and Bratwurst both were yummy 🤤😍

I don't feel weak or as weak.
Standing and walking too long hurt less than before.
Sleep is still a bit of a mystery but even if I wake up in the middle I can sleep.
And mentally I'm feeling way better now that I'm at pookies place

Since he was here on Monday and thanks to the medications I'm still taking, my appetite came back, I was able to eat and most of all enjoy it ! I'm feeling a bit better. The long car drive felt nice compared to the full week of hell. I can breathe in more easily than a few days ago

Pookie drove from Germany to France for me, arrived on Monday and stayed the night to fully rest and yesterday we drove together back to Germany.
I'm probably staying there for 3 weeks or more I still don't know because I can only grab money in France.

Saturday 23rd I went to the hospital a second time thanks to that one irl friend.
Results found nothing alarming.
But this time I got prescribed real medication.
Something for anxiety, something for my stomach, ibuprofen and some paracetamol.
At this point I had a talk with my boyfriend.

So yeah solitude like this was already kinda eating me up.
But that whole situation made it feel even worse.
Like experiencing such a situation while having no one in the same roof as you.
Some people are fine with that but as for me it's getting harder and harder.

I was at a breaking point, many mental breakdowns, search history full of things about my issues. I live alone, lost dad in 2015 and mom in 2020, family I don't really have contact with and my close friends live far from me. Irl I only have two people I can really count on who works a lot sadly.

Eating was way too hard, I could only eat 2 bananas and 2 yogurt a day or else I felt sick to my stomach, had no appetite and felt weak most of the days.
In the mean time on Thursday some horrible doctor prescribed me a new medication for stress who worked one day and that was all
