Wildfires continue to burn across parts of the U.S. and Canada again, and air quality has dropped from "moderate" to "unhealthy" again for millions of Americans Thursday (lasting through the weekend).

In a landmark Advisory Opinion, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) made it clear that states most responsible for the climate crisis have a legal obligation to protect current & future generations by cutting emissions & providing reparations for those affected.
