RCMP in Penticton, B.C., are investigating a fatal collision that took place during a mass cycling event on Sunday. Mounties say one cyclist was pronounced dead at the scene after they were struck by a car on White Lake Road near St. Andrew's Drive during the annual Okanagan GrandFondo ride. They say two other cyclists sustained serious injuries and have been taken to hospital.
