And the lady was so happy. At first she thought I wanted to sell it, when I explained it's a gift and a social anxiety challenge, she said it made her day and she didn't have an acrylic bookmark yet. 😭
(I almost cried and shaking a lot but I did it🥹 )

It's an acrylic self engraved bookmark that says "📖 I love books📖" and I made it especially for this purpose.
& while my anxiety is already running wild, I think the small goals do help a bit.

Maybe I should stop holding back to do things to not be disliked/hated.
Because others then do what I'd have done and they're praised. But I didn't do it, to not take the "work" away from them and to not be disliked / hated / kicked out for doing that.
