What the database then enables is an -omics-style analysis of protein nanoscale organisation in cells using machine learning. Our work describing that is now out as a preprint: www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...

Our SMLM database is out in Nature Communications: www.nature.com/articles/s41.... It allows you to store, share, analyse and compare SMLM data and, in particular, can tell you how similar your data is to the other data stored on the site, as you might do with a gene sequence for example.
