Hi Wendy I wouldn't worry too much about the time - I think your idea of the energy of your drawing or what you are trying to achieve is a better guide. Besides a incisive drawing is very often quite short anyway - good luck !
Hi Wendy How long to do a sketch - I'd guess usually about 20 minutes to half an hour for a simpler sketch. On some of the more complicated ones I find it helps to go back and do another session. B
