I ate lots of buffalo wings and pizza with pineapple… then we baked banana bread with choco chips with vanilla icecream on top… my tummy hurts but I’m happy sleepy in bed. I hope everyone had a happy day too!

Finally a new massage therapist that seems to be exactly what I need 5 minutes from my house. Hooorayyy. My first session yesterday was a bit rough, but I have full rotation back in my shoulders again. Had no idea it had gotten as bad as it did, yikes.

Woke up to a scary sound that sounded like someone running into it our house at 4 AM. Our dog started barking also… carefully crept out of the bedroom to find our cat with a paper bag stuck to his leg running around the house TmT lol
