Not all bugs. It's just Jam. When he was little, butterflies chased him because of his colorful scales and he developed a phobia. He believes that they're an evil parasite race that is plotting to conquer the world. So, he added human traits to them, which activated perception glitch xD

This trait evolved in ancient kaguars and let them socialize and work together better, cause they saw everyone equal. And usually it's supposed to work only with intelligent species. BUT this can get triggered if you, for example, anthropomorphize something yourself....

Funny thing about Jam and other kaguars. Their perception of intelligent species is altered. They see other people the same size as they are. They can see the real size but they can't understand it, until they intentionally measure it. Jam usually doesn't get that he's bigger.
