How will you get there? If you don't have a ride, there are a few resources for you, including the Canadian-owned Uride ridesharing company, which operates in Fredericton. They're offering free rides up to $10 to help get the voter turnout up. Just use the code VOTEFRED in their app.

Tomorrow is Election Day! Do you know when you're going to vote and how you're going to get to your polling station? It's good to make a plan ahead of time. Will you go before work? At lunch? On your way home?

This Election Day, Uride is offering free rides (up to $10) to and from polling stations in every city where we operate - including Fredericton. To get the free ride you just need to use code VOTEFRED in the Uride app.

This initiative is designed to help increase voter turnout by reducing transportation barriers, particularly for individuals who may not have reliable access to a vehicle or are facing financial constraints.

Transportation has consistently been cited as one of the top reasons eligible voters are unable to cast their ballots - especially among younger voters, seniors, and lower-income groups. Our goal is to help remove this barrier and empower more citizens to participate in the democratic process.
