Του λες πως ο ΚΠΔ δεν λέει αυτό και σε στέλνει στην προϊσταμένη που βέβαια απαντά πως έχετε δίκιο και αναλαμβάνει να του πει του γραμματέα να την καθαρογράψει χωρίς καμιά αίτηση.

στην υπουργική απόφαση. Του πας την άλλη ημέρα το άρθρο του ΚΠΔ και επιμένει διαβάζοντάς το και μάλιστα με ενοχλημένο εκνευρισμό χωρίς την τελευταία φράση. Του τη διαβάζεις και απαντά "κάντε αίτηση."

Υπάρχει τουλάχιστον ένας γραμματέας στο Πρωτοδικείο της Αθήνας (ο Σ.Μπ.) που περιφρονεί το νόμο για την καθαρογραφή αποφάσεων, δεν καθαρογράφει τις αθωωτικές όταν έχουν παράσταση για την υποστήριξη της κατηγορίας, υποστηρίζοντας πως ο νόμος λέει πως καθαρογράφονται μόνο όσες αναφέρονται

Le coeur du problème c'est:
- laisser un génocide se dérouler quotdiennement sous nos yeux sans intervenir
- laisser le gouvernement Netanyahu violer à de multiples reprises le droit international, y compris dans des eaux qui ne lui appartiennent pas, sans intervenir
- laisser une population affamée

📢 A migrant forced labor ring was busted in #Greece. 170 ppl were detained & 13 arrested. Victims, mainly from Pakistan, Bangladesh & Nepal, were threatened, underpaid & lived in inhumane conditions. 🇬🇷 has a history of #humantrafficking of #migrants & should protect the victims.
