What I will mention is that the noise when your mega gage charges is disconcertingly similar to the shiny noise and has fooled me a couple of times. So review footage and make sure it wasn't just that if it happens again

shouldn't be allowed to call out your boss battles like this when they're clunky at best and this one especially has an instakill attack with a giant aoe. I got oneshotted by this bastard so many times before I finally just extremely slowly attacked between animations

Lumiose is fun and all but lord I wish there was a way to fast travel to side quests. The rewards are marginal enough that it's barely worth it to teleport to an anchor point then run to the quest spot.
