🎒 Compact and portable, it’s now ready for deployment on a high-altitude glacier.

Excited to share that I’m working on the #WaCoRe project at @EnvRS_TUD! 🌲📡Funded by MŠMT and EU MSCA-CZ, we aim to improve forest water content estimation using microwave signals reflected by corner reflectors. Will it work? The first results are coming soon! 🌍#RemoteSensing #SAR

Just learned from @hagolleo.bsky.social that #Sentinel-2 A and C capture scenes only 30s apart—great for motion detection! See sailng 🚢 ~100m (≈12 km/h). Interesting is ~20m misregistration between the satellites 👀. Also differences in spectral response: NDVI🌿 variation on the test field was 0.014.
