Thoughts about this ? There is a lot of talk about invol tx being the missing link. Like most things it’s complex & when I think back on my 25 year career in SUD tx I wonder? Or would it have Alienated them to the point of not wanting 2 work with me ? Then there’s the tx itself ? Evidence based ?

I’m Barb thought I would give this a try. I am interested in anything related to treating substance use disorder - policy, new treatments all of it 😊 let’s make this a positive experience shall we ?
