Why are early starts actually so draining, I've had to get up at 5am the last two days for work and then by 4pm I just crash with exhaustion but I can wake up at 9am and stay up until past midnight after a shift with no issues like someone please explain the science behind that to me please.

Hey can yall give me some 10/10 albums please, I want to get more vinyls that are cohesive and every song slaps. I'm open to any and all genres but prefer pop, indie, alternative, soft rock.
