Weird thing with discord DMs
After an argument, a user from a server I'm in left and now is on my friends list? Did I accept it while asleep?
And another user I was with good terms with also left, but since we share no servers anymore they vanished..... kind of sad.

I feel a bit more paranoid and anxious this past week.
I do have generalized anxiety
This happens occasionally and when it does I really have to be careful with what I see, hear and do.
When it gets to me usually an entire day is spent extremely tense. Currently I am feeling alright.
