:( I'm going through the same thing. A review complained about an error, but wouldn't respond when I tried to help, asked them to reinstall, etc. No action from Steam, even the Zone has a better review moderation, sadly. Getting closer to Mixed and losing visibility.

I wish Steam had better review moderation. It's sad how easy it is for smaller devs get torn down by irrelevant and unhelpful 'reviews'. Bit by bit, the visibility goes down. All of that, on top of the already horrible censorship fiasco.
