☀️ The full sun at Yarrabilba #parkrun today necessitated the use of a sprinkler to keep the parkrun people cool! 🥵

🏃‍♀️First female crossing the finish at Tamborine Mountain parkrun last weekend 🌳

😍 It really was a wonderfull looking course, however you can see from the woman’s face here that it’s a tough one too! Lots of technical turns and undulations.

🎉 Huge turnout at Queen Elizabeth #parkrun, Casino! That’s relatively speaking 🤣 69 completed the #5km, and which is a lot more than the town of 10,000 or less usually sees 👏

❗️However, because it starts with “Q”, there’s a very steady flow of tourists in addition to the 30-50 regulars.
