News: Dutch Party for the Animals proposes law to ban unnecessary and severe suffering during slaughter.

The law would ban five practices that are currently still allowed in Dutch slaughterhouses - including religious slaughter without stunning.

The European Parliament’s Agriculture Committee refuses to give dogs and cats proper protection and is watering down this new law considerably.

Yesterday the Council of the EU voted to lower the protection status of the wolf from ''strictly protected'' to ''protected''.

The #wolf deserves not less protection, but more understanding.

Party for the Animals Europe calls for action with unseen footage of EU animal exports.

The footage 🎦, made by animal welfare inspectors, exposes the cruel treatment of animals during exports to non-EU countries.
