We’re still filled with gratitudeas we look back at the Club Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie Team USA 2025 national selection held in Chicago in September. It was a weekend that showcased the very best of American pastry talent.
Chef Jordan Snider, member of Pastry Team USA 2027, wrapped up his inspiring three-day class on Holiday Showpiece Amenities & Desserts at L’École Valrhona in Brooklyn, New York.
The class culminated in a spectacular buffet presentation.
