It was never about eggs and groceries. In my rural redneck area they all have their own chickens and shoot or run over their entrees. It has always been about dear leader assuring them they won’t have to share society with Blacks, gays, women in authority, Hispanics, anyone not a white male.

Here is a picture of my favorite Antifascist, my father, Capt. Wm. L. Rich, who fought Nazis in WWII. He survived but spent the rest of his life studying the rise of Hitler, trying to understand how such evil occurs. Yet here we are fighting that crap in our own country. May we be as brave as them.

Everything. My mother was know in our family as the Atomic Chef. We somehow survived on a diet of charred food that could not be identified after she was done with it. Even eggs were served black.
