Email overload isn't just annoying—it's a fast track to burnout.

Your brain treats each unread email as an open task. With 1,000+ emails sitting there, you're essentially carrying 1,000+ mental tabs.

No wonder you feel exhausted before you even start working.

I open my mailbox and I'm off into the rabbit hole!

Before I know it, 45 precious minutes of my day are gone.

If you don't want to get distracted, protect your mind from distraction.

It's why I don't read my email before 11 AM.

When your new landing page gets extremely slow while editing.
And you don't know why. 😩

I tried every workaround to speed up things, but this page just kept freezing. So it took me a whole day instead of 2 hours to change it.

Thankfully, the page loads fast enough. 😅

What tools for video captions are there out there?

I see a lot of tools for TikTok videos (portrait), but I'm making landscape videos for the 50x Smarter courses. Anything that works for that?

November and December always feel like autumn mode for me: shorter days, less energy.

It affects my focus and productivity. It's just the natural cycle, not laziness. If you have ADHD or are an HSP, you might notice this effect too.

My hack: planning smarter. 👇

“Lost time is never found again,” said Benjamin Franklin.

He's right.

You can't redo the previous day, relive the past hour
or reclaim the seconds you spent reading this.

But not every minute has to be 'productive'.

Recharging is not a luxury, it's essential. 🔋

A few years ago, I went to work in a small team after years of solopreneurship.

I was quickly reminded why I craved working solo.

Sure, I loved being part of the team.
But I hated not being able to follow my own rhythm.

What about you?

My client confessed that she had trapped herself in the dopamine rush.

Not by chasing likes on social media. But by just keeping busy, rushing from one task to the next.

Feeling productive is not the same as being productive.
She finally realised it and is ready for a change.

Being an solopreneur means dealing with stress.

Having ADHD as a solopreneur makes it even worse!

What helps is to create a smarter environment.

Less clutter => less cognitive load
=> less stress => more focus

Get rid of the endless tabs, notifications & lists.

Smart planning is like driving: you don’t wait till the last second to brake.

Prep ahead, and execution flows.

For ADHD people, this is even more important.
And unfortunately, also way more difficult.

But if you want your days to run smoothly, prepping is the way to go.

Sometimes, it's just best to give up and start over.

For example when you're email box is flooded, and I mean huricane size flood. So many people with 5,000+ emails sitting in their Inbox that don't have a clue where to start.

There's only one solution:
Inbox Amnesty👇

Uhm... 🤔

Maybe?

November is two days old.

What are you goals and plans for this month?

For me, november will be all about creating more sales for the 50x Smarter Seminars. It's something I promised myself earlier this year: to learn how to sell. Well, I better hurry up.

What about you?

Funny.

Somehow, to me, the 2FA codes never seem random.
I always find symmetry or see a patern.

Anyone else?

As a neurodivergent productivity coach, I can't stress enough how important it is to take breaks.

Lunch breaks.
Pomorodo breaks.
5-mins to breath breaks.

If you want to increase your focus, you need to nurture it.

Every minute invested in recharging will pay itself back 2x.

Don't cut back on sleep, you need all the sleep you can get. Or maybe I should say: You need all types of sleep.

It's the only way to enhance all types of memory.

Remember, fixing your sleep is your no. 1 hack for more focus!

Hi there!

I'm looking to connect to solofounders who are into better work/life balance and doing meaningful work.

Say hi and tell me the no. 1 challenge you are running into.

I'll start:
- Trying to curb my perfectionism and conquer imposter syndrome.

How about you?

Sometimes, it feels like cheating when I help my clients discover these easy hacks, despite me knowing they are valuable.

This morning I did an Outlook coaching session, the second of a 5-6 series. Last week we looked at her mailbox and Todos.

I just cut prices for the 50x Smarter Gmail Seminar in november.

It's just days before Black Friday, so I figured I might just as well give a BF discount.

So now it's just € 29,- instead of € 49.

If you want to learn the best Gmail hacks in just 2 hours, take your shot!
October 31, 2025 at 9:48 AM
What!
Another hour passed? Not just 15 minutes?

Can someone please invent Google glasses to cure time blindness!?

Searching for a way to mass delete your old messages in Gmail?
It's possible, but Gmail didn't make it easy for you to find.

So, I wrote a step-by-step plan for you (link in first comment)

That hustle where you mask to fit in?

It works for a while, but it's quietly draining your reserves.

If you need more breaks, take them.
If your focus is destroyed by surrounding noise, block it.

Remember:
If you don't spell out what you need, no one will know.
October 30, 2025 at 9:45 AM
That productivity hack everyone swears by? It might be destroying your focus.

If you're neurodivergent, conventional productivity advice often backfires. Your brain needs different strategies.

Stop forcing yourself into systems that weren't built for how you think.

Instead 👇

Neurodivergent burnout hits when the world's demands clash with how your brain works.

Own your wiring, build in supports like quiet routines and a better workspace, and keep the crash at bay.

All of that starts with simple things.

What is one tiny step you can take today?
October 29, 2025 at 2:46 PM
It's Wednesday.

Time to tell me how far behind you are with your project.

What have you done? ✅
And what did you procrastinate on?

Most importantly:
tell me what you will focus on the rest of the week.

Put in a link to your project, and you can even call this marketing. 😉
