Developed a new #RStats package to access sub-national boundary spatial data (UN OCHA COD and geoBoundaries datasets) from the excellent fieldmaps project. Using #DuckDB and #geoarrow to efficiently query remote parquet and convert to sf #RSpatial #GIS

Hey Simon. Thanks for these resources! Are there any examples out there of how to use vitals to evaluate a querychat (R) app? I'm unsure how to pass all the internal querychat tooling to a solver chat object. Thanks!

I think it would be easiest to use a cloud-based GIS tool for this, otherwise you'd need to host your own R shiny solution with persistent data storage for user comments. The free tier on Felt should be able to do everything you need including the commenting help.felt.com/sharing-and-...

Hi Bluesky community! We're excited to be here to share important humanitarian stories.

Would you let your network know where to find us? This is just a snapshot of what we stand for as an emergency medical organization:
also package names with a mix of upper and lowercase letters.
flowmap.blue is great for interactive origin->destination visualisation and has a WIP #rstats package + #rshiny bindings! github.com/FlowmapBlue/... #dataviz #GIS

I made a starter pack with #Shiny for #RStats and #Python devs and friends! And if you're a Shiny person and want to be included, let me know.
