Goldie? Let's just say an engineer I worked with who worked with him said Mr G is not exactly "musical" in the traditional sense of the word i.e. understanding pitch, harmony, structure, etc.

Are we cursed to repeat our mistakes and therefore our regrets instead of changing course? And as you say, can we use those regrets as a kind of marker to find a better direction ethically (and morally, I guess). Do you think everyone has regrets about their choices?

Is gained knowledge irreversible considering some of the people we deal with? Some people seem to have a brick wall at a certain percentage marker of learning, & that's all she wrote.
Also, distressingly, I've heard some people don't have an inner monologue, so... maybe awareness burden's selective.

I think one could make a reasonable armchair diagnosis that Freddy Krueger from A Nightmare On Elm St has - at the very least - borderline personality disorder, untreated skin rash, and possibly hysterical pregnancy.

Halloween involved an unsecured heavy framed painting falling on my head from a high shelf. Was trying to squish a large bug which the storm had driven in. Now I can't remember math or the years '91 - '94.
Had literally finally got over pneumonia same day(ish).

I forgot a microsecond that it's Halloween in your neck of the woods now (we had ours in Sydney last night, complete with massive thunderstorms right on dusk :-) and thought you'd undergone a rather massive fashion shift.
